  • No problem - seriously. We won’t be mad at you. We won’t unfollow you on Instagram. We’ll still love you. Weddings are a lot. We totally get it. Just please let us know either way - yes or no - as soon as you know, so our venue doesn’t get mad at us when we don’t have a finalized headcount in time.

  • Nope! Both the ceremony and the reception are at Ellis Preserve.

  • Black tie optional - “Guests have the option of wearing their most formal attire (for example: an evening gown or tuxedo) but can also choose to wear a formal suit or cocktail dress.”

  • No problem. You can wear a suit, or blazer and slacks, or a cocktail dress, or a nice blouse and dress pants. You can bring a change of shoes for dancing. We just want everyone to feel good about themselves but also comfortable.

  • Duh.

  • There are two hotels right next door to the venue (only a couple hundred yards away). AC Hotel (Marriott Bonvoy) and Hilton. We have reserved a block of rooms at the AC Hotel for our guests - [click here] and use code “RSW.”

  • You technically can, but you’ll be subject to the full rate and the hotel’s availability - you will not be eligible for the group rate. The last day to book at AC Hotel Newtown Square under the group rate is September 25, 2025.

  • Please let us know if you have any food sensitivities or allergies. We don’t want to have to deflate you.

    The best way to alert us is in the ‘Comments’ box [when you RSVP].
